How to raise a complaint

Email enquires@switchneutral.co.uk and include:

  • Your name and organisation
  • The service or workstream involved
  • What happened and when
  • What outcome you are seeking

What to expect

  • We will acknowledge complaints and confirm who is handling the matter
  • We will review the facts and respond with findings and actions
  • Where we made an error, we will explain what we will do to fix it

Service positioning

Switch Neutral provides governance-led reporting support. We do not provide assurance, verification, or certification. Directors remain responsible for statutory sign-off where applicable.
