How to raise a complaint
Email enquires@switchneutral.co.uk and include:
- Your name and organisation
- The service or workstream involved
- What happened and when
- What outcome you are seeking
What to expect
- We will acknowledge complaints and confirm who is handling the matter
- We will review the facts and respond with findings and actions
- Where we made an error, we will explain what we will do to fix it
